Clean rooms, full size refrigerator, easy access to laundry facility
For a supposedly comfy stay, more hooks in the bathroom would help, especially for wet towels!!! The sewage smell in the elevator lobby is quite off-putting!!! The lack of basic kitchen supplies makes the extended stay feel more like a camping trip!!! Reliable maid service every 4 days could definitely be improved!!!

Unexpected challenges, good recovery
The staff at the My Place Hotel were incredibly accommodating, swiftly helping me and my family find a new room for our stay with our pets. Grateful for their support!
However, the initial overbooking experience was quite stressful, causing us to scramble for a place at the last minute without much help from the initial location.

good amenities but minor inconveniences
The kitchenette was impressive and allowed for cooking simple meals. The room was clean and modern, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day. I particularly enjoyed the large fridge that had an ice maker, which is rare to find in hotels. I appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist.
The only downside was the parking situation during peak hours, which made it a bit challenging to find a spot.

Super friendly check-in!
We had a quick stay and it went pretty smoothly. The guy who checked us in was super nice and really doted on our little dog. The breakfast choices weren’t much, but no biggie—just hit up McDonald's for a quick bite. The Mexican place nearby for dinner was a tasty find!

Frustrating Experience with Amenities
I stayed for 3 nights in a room with my family. The elevator was out of service, which made moving our luggage a huge hassle. Housekeeping only tidied up after we complained. It dampened our visit, but we enjoyed exploring local dining options nearby.

I recently stayed for 5 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The kitchenette was useful for light meals. Parking for my trailer was easy. The staff was friendly, and the pet-friendly policy made it convenient for my dog. A pool and spa were perfect for relaxation. 🐾

We had a lovely stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The outdoor pool was refreshing and the BBQ area made for a fun evening with friends. One small hiccup was breakfast options, but the nearby diner more than made up for it! 😊

During a recent five-night stay with our dogs, the convenience of the spacious room's kitchenette and the hotel's accommodating pet policy stood out. Access to trailer parking was effortless, and the cleanliness of the premises was regularly maintained by a friendly staff. However, the lack of daily housekeeping was disappointing, and the elevator lobby had a noticeable sewage odor, which was concerning.

Diving into local eats, I found amazing chocolate croissants that made breakfast a delight! Plus, the kitchenette in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was a real game changer for quick snacks. The hotel’s location is a sweet spot near Zion and local businesses! 🍞🏞️
However, our stay was dampened by a lingering smell of air freshener—less is more, y’all! And, oh boy, the ice maker sounded like a monster in the night.
